the staff helped. the resort offered several pools. i enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the available activities. the variety of food options in the restaurants also met my expectations.

The room I stayed in was a Family Room. The room was clean and tidy. Communication with staff was excellent. Ms. Angela and Mr Fathy, F&B Manager. They wanted to make sure our children liked the food and they showed us best hospitality.

The Family Room included tidy spaces. I noticed effective mosquito nets around each big bed. The room contained a TV with many English-speaking channels. A fridge was also available.

I saw this complex is quite big with three pools. There was one family pool and one freshwater pool. A saltwater pool was also available. Many sunbeds surrounded all pools and the adjacent beach.

The reception team maintained great communication throughout my stay. I noted that they were responsive. Victor, the front office manager, was kind. Sarah from the spa provided excellent service.

The hotel grounds do have a spacious layout. Pools is nice and quite a few. The bar offer drinks at a reasonable price. It was really charmed me. Staff is friendly and helpful to me.
The beach I sees is not very clean. Swimming in front the resort was a problem for that. I prefer to go to resorts nearby.

i got a room with a sea view balcony and it was great. there were more than enough sunbeds both on the beach and around the pools. the beach was great and always clean. the people made my holiday really great (especially fabian and jovita on reception!).
i didn't like that staffs were not knowledgeable about food allergies! my children wanted a dessert and it resulted in a reaction. this resort was our last stop before coming home, and i was so scared! their compensation was free dinner.
